Buyers’ Concerns

The society was under the scrutiny for many disputes, biggest of which was canceled NOC. Park view was avoided from developing any further after the court decision last year. Other than that the society faced concerns like the development of connecting Road to Kuri road, unsatisfactory dealership, 

lack of clarity in property transference procedures, high launch rates, water supply and general public amenities provision.

Although with the restoration of NOC the biggest concern is cleared. There are yet few frequently asked questions which must be addressed.

Answer to FAQsA 200-foot wide road on Kuri Road will be constructed in collaboration with CDA. Logistics are yet to be discussed between the two.
Water supply is planned to be provided through boring. Water traces are present 50ft under the ground. Water treatment plant for block A will be soon functional.

 It is mandatory for each house in society to store rainwater in the underground tank. Society is also working to build a dam. Gumrah river also passes nearby and can be utilized to ensure water availability.
With NOC renewal there are no litigation concerns left.

Plots in CDA approved Park View are transferred internally through Park View’s transference office. There’s no registry process involved. The office in 90 West, First Floor, Razia Sharif Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan is facilitating the transference and once payment is cleared the letter of transference is issued to the owners within two working days.

Plots in the society are available in installments. House financing is available for the society at Bank Al-Falah and Silk Bank.
